Produced the mid-fi wireframe, hi-fi mockup by using Figma; Developed supportive artifacts like persona, user journey map, charts, reports.

Established the Nestie brand pyramid for marketing and communications plans across online social channels, brand advertisements, online/offline events, physical event planning, etc., within the consumer journey.
