This a redesign case study for the Blackboard app, which is widely used among educators and students, and I had been using it for 2 years since I came to the U.S. From a student's point of view, its mobile app could be better serve the user. Because of COVID-19, most students have a hybrid class structure, including online/virtual classes and on-ground classes. As most students have various subjects, they need a more effective way to arrange their class schedule, group meetings, assignments, class meetings in one place. So I think some new features can be added to the Blackboard app to make it more functional for users.
